I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

I love PDFfiller!!! It does everything I need for the office at a fair price.
I am able to find time to bill insurance with the ease and use of this software. I wouldn't even bother without it.
It's easy to use, cheaper than the alternatives and has more options. Check out the comparison chart. It has taken away my frustration with insurance billing. It makes the process smooth and quick. I feel organized for once!

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Very practical application that serves as a daily option when I don't have a printer readily available. Its become an essential part of my work flow, especially since it allows me to work from my computer without have to go out to send mail from the post office.
