I liked that I can type in the blanks for documents , but I only needed it once and I didn't really didn't understand the price I though got it was $6 a month not $72. So easy to use and meets all my expectations Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time. I can find any form that I need.
