Great Program with pretty much all you need This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

The fact is that you may legally carry any amount of money you want into or out of the United States, but there is a catch. When transporting more than $10,000, you must file a report declaring the exact amount of funds you are transporting to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
What happens if you don't declare at customs? Failure to declare monetary instruments in amounts valued more than $10,000 can result in its seizure. If you are caught crossing the border with any amount of undeclared cash in excess of $10,000 USD you will almost certainly have it seized from you.
The fact is that you may legally carry any amount of money you want into or out of the United States, but there is a catch. When transporting more than $10,000, you must file a report declaring the exact amount of funds you are transporting to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The U.S. Customs office defines this as cash, stocks, bonds, money orders, personal or cashier's checks, coins and cash. If you're declaring more than $10,000, have your copy of a Fine Form 105, a document issued by the Department of Treasury, ready for the customs officials.
No one cares how much money you carry through an airport, but if you go through customs, they will care. For example, if you are traveling to the US, you must declare any amount over $10,000 US to customs. Amount applies per family.
If you don't declare your contraband products or give false information, you will most certainly face consequences. According to section 592 of Customs Law, a fine of $300 will be given as a spot penalty for the non-declaration of a forbidden non-agricultural product, and the product will be confiscated.
The US Customs and Border Protection website states that there is no limit to the amount of currency that can be brought into or taken out of the US. The CBP site also notes that failure to declare currency and monetary instruments in excess of $10,000 may result in its seizure.
If you're declaring more than $10,000, have your copy of a Fine Form 105, a document issued by the Department of Treasury, ready for the customs officials. If the customs department seizes your money, a formal seizure notice will be issued by U.S. Customs.
