PDF filler is a good program that allows easy filling of PDF documents. I appreciated it more before I tried to use the option to share documents with other people. I'm not sure what the original intent was for this product, so I do not wish to sound judgmental. As far as filling out the documents and downloading them or printing them is wonderful. When I started trying to share the documents with others to fill out and have them sign them, it became quite a bit more limited. Since that may not have been its original intent, I remain compassionate towards the limitations it has.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I have had so far so good of an experince with odffiller, i would like to see new features in a way to match font better as well as some upgrades on the type of documents you can upload

It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

Super Functional Tool
I love how affordable and easy it is to manage, edit and process pdf files. The tool is very secure and includes the ability to email a pdf with a security code for document retrieval.

I chatted with two reps for over an hour each with no results. I then chatted with KARA and in less than five mins my problems were solved. Kara is earning her pay cheque, she is a true asset to this company. YOU NEED YO PAY HER MORE MONEY.

The software worked great but didn’t…
The software worked great but didn’t quite fit my needs as a student who uses pdf editing 90% of the time to write with a stylus for exams. The reason I gave them 5 stars is for customer service. They were very kind and helpful when I contacted them about my account.

What do you like best?
The best thing is simply how it works. So many forms that need to be filled out and they are sent in formats that don't allow that. pdfFiller fixes that problem.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It's a great software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do private consulting for government contractors and we have to finalize a LOT of Non-Disclosure Agreements. pdfFiller makes that a snap. Also we have many forms that have to be executed and it would be so difficult without this program.

Great customer support
Great customer support. I forgot about a 30-day free trial period because I didn’t use the app after registering and checking it only once. They took the money for the whole year through PayPal and when I explained the situation they helped me with the cancellation of my subscription in a half an hour. They gave me the whole sum of money back.
