I wish I didn't have to pay. I would have found another free site, like going to SSI site, but I had already filled in all the blanks and it was so time consuming that it wasn't worth the effort. I will cancel as soon as I get the bill.

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I am very impressed with the customer service. When I was charged for a years subscription after my free trial, which I queried immediately, I received a full refund within the hour with no quibble.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
