From your Gmail account, click on the gear icon and then select 'Settings'. Under the 'General' tab (1st tab) scroll down to the 'Conversation View' option. Click on the radio button 'Conversation view off' to disable conversation view. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save changes'.
Click the Gear Icon on the upper side of the page. Click More Mail Settings. Under Reading email, click Group by conversation and preload message. On the conversation settings, select Show messages individually. Click Save.
Select Options | More options from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar. Go to Conversation settings under Customize your mail. To disable conversation view, select “Show messages individually”.
To make the change manually, open the Gmail mobile app, tap the Menu button, and choose Settings. Then, under General Settings, ensure that the option Conversation view is unchecked (disabled).
Click the gear (Settings) icon at the top right. Go to Settings > General. Click the radio button for turning on/off the Conversation View. Click the Save Changes button.
In the Ribbon, click View. In the section called Current View, click View Settings. In the ensuing dialog, click Other Settings In the section called Grid Lines and Group Headings, uncheck Show items in Groups. OK all the way out. Smile! Mark this as the answer.
