I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. I reported this via live chat around 12:45 AM and it was resolved in about 10 mins or so. I was happy with the outcome.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you want to highlight one word at a time, press Ctrl key while holding down Shift, and then press the left or right arrow key. If you want to highlight a whole line of text, move your cursor to the start of the line, hold the Shift key, and then press the down arrow.
To highlight text in a Word document, select the text you want to highlight. By default, the Text Highlight Color button in the Font section on the Home tab highlights the text in yellow when you click it. If you want to use a different color, click the down arrow on the right side of the button.
For example, when highlighting text, the selected text colors reverse, show as blue, have dots around the selection, or have bold lines around the selected text. Highlighting text allows a user to move, copy, or cut that selected text.
Selecting is the process of highlighting text or picking an object. For example, a user may select text to copy, cut, or move that text to an alternate location or select a file they want to view. If something is selected, you can deselect text or another object by clicking somewhere else on the screen.
The purpose of highlighting is to draw attention to important information in a text. Effective highlighting is effective because it first asks the reader to pick out the important parts, and then gives an effective way to review that information later.
In Word, you can select all text in a document (Ctrl+A), or select specific text or items in a table by using the mouse or keyboard. You can also select text or items that are in different places. For example, you can select a paragraph on one page and a sentence on a different page.
Answer: The fill color is the same as highlight and the font color changes the color of the words. Font color is the color of the letters. Highlight color is the color of a word or words that also includes the white spaces between the letters.
If you want to highlight a whole line of text, move your cursor to the start of the line, hold the Shift key, and then press the down arrow. You may also use the shortcut key combination Shift+End. Tip: If you want to highlight all text, press the shortcut key Ctrl+A.
