I cannot get this to print correctly; all I am getting aare dots on form.
11/16 Don't remember how, but finally got it to work and enjoyed it day I bought. Recently had more PDF forms to fill in and enjoyed it again. I will be cancelling sub in az few days, but will keep it in mind should I need it in future.

Just starting to use this - think it will work for me. Sometimes find it awkward to intuit what to do, so would really benefit from a webinar if offered free.

I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

I would prefer that the fill in templates be free of charge. The one used is great and I would hope to find another one as such. Easy to use formatting and site.

Ease of use is what attracted me to program. I use it to make fillable forms for work (forms already made, need to be made fillable). Is cheaper than Adobe Pro and is better in my view.

I was a bit unsure about whether non alphabet/numbers should be added. I was also unable to add my initial after my surname (just typing it) as the filler kept on opening the initial (as in signature) block.

What is a minor label permit?
Minor labels are inexpensive electrical, plumbing, and elevator permits for use by licensed contractors anywhere in the state of Oregon. Labels are sold in lots of 10 at a cost of $140 (including surcharges), and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How do I report construction without a permit?
How do I report a violation (construction without a permit)? Answer: You may report a suspected violation in the unincorporated county areas by going to our Report a Violation page or by contacting the local Building and Safety district office.
What is needed for building permit?
A building could be anything from a tool shed to a house. Additionally, code violations are generally required to obtain a permit to correct violations including minor property maintenance violations. A Building Permit may include building, grading, plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits.
How do you get around building permits?
Best way to get around the codes is to build as far back as possible out of sight, and only have walk-in access, you park at the gate. The inspectors have to have probable cause (see something) or (have a complaint filed) to access your land. Get a copy of the laws and research your rights.
Do you need a permit to transport alcohol?
You need to get a Purchase Transportation Permit from you local ABC. This permit allows you to transport a maximum of 100 liters of unfortified wine and a maximum of 40 liters of either fortified wine or spirituous liquor or a combination of the two.
