Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

Easy & fast customer service
I realized that my account was still active-- and I was still being billed-- after leaving my last role. I reached out to the support team on the chat function and they quickly resolved the issue for me-- canceling the transaction right away.

What does Dell accidental damage cover?
Dell Accidental Damage Service is offered for all Dell laptops as insurance against accidental damage due to liquid spills, electric surges, drops, falls, and any other collisions. Dell handles the repairs/replacements themselves, so there is no dealing with a third party to get you back to work.
Does Dell Support cover accidental damage?
Intentional damage is not covered by Dell Accidental Damage. To address your unique support environment and needs, choose Dell Support. 1Dell Accidental Damage Protection excludes theft, loss, and damage due to fire, flood or other acts of nature, or intentional damage.
What is accidental damage protection?
Accidental Damage Protection — Will cover replacement of parts in cases where say you drop the laptop by mistake, or a tea cup falls on it etc. Basically any 'accidental' damage to it. Though the company will try hard to avoid it. It will not cover wear and tear damage, scratches etc.
