I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. All I do is search the form, add it to my profile and then fill it out. It retains ALL the information and adds it to the next page so that I am not having to repeat the same information over and over. This is all I have used it for but am looking forward to what other features I will be able to use in the future.

Great Product!
There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller.
It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.

Great for completing and revising forms

website can be slow and clunky at times, technical support is only available through on-line chat, no teleconference service

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

I paid for the first 30 days to make sure that I would be happy with this tool. I am very satisfied with 99% of the editing and use tools. No ability to grab and move sections of existing form just new items.

What do you like best?
I often need to fill out forms for work. With Pdffiller it is simple to upload forms, fill out, save and download to email. I also use it to merge PDFs as well. It saves all of your work and keeps the documents in my account for future reference or an easy change/update.
What do you dislike?
There are a lot of features and sometimes it is hard to find exactly what I need. A simple "How do I .... in pdffiller on google usually takes care of it quickly.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Before Pdffiller I would print the document, fill out by hand, scan, then email. Now my documents look more professional without and are less of a hassle.

The experience is great because there have been some documents that I needed to change, but for the free trial I wasn't expected to get charged at all. It's free for a reason. That's all apart from that, it's a great tool to have.
