The experience was interesting. I would recommend the company to others but I would make sure that the price is up front before purchase is made. I misunderstood the price of the product. But Again I would recommend the company just for the fact that they are very helpful.

I needed this program badly, just in the time for distance learning because of the Corona Virus. It was easy to navigate through and use. My only wish is that I would have found this program years earlier! I will update my rating to include the student (recipient) experience of pdfFiller after they return their first homework assignment.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Homeowners can pull their own building permits, but they must first read and sign a Cautionary Statement prior to the issuance of the building permit. Heating Contractors pulling permits need to have a HVAC Contractor Certification.
For any major construction or repairs on your home, permits must be pulled by a licensed contractor. By pulling your own permit at the request of a company you've hired: Legally, you are considered to be the contractor and are required to materially supervise the work done.
Continuing the project with permits For any permit pulled after the fact, you'll face a fine that will double what would have been your initial cost had the contractor pulled it before the work was done. If you don't pull the proper permits, the house likely won't pass inspection should you try to sell it.
Yes a handyman/woman can pull permits for your project if they have a letter from you (the homeowner) authorizing them to act as an agent on your behalf. However, in order to obtain a permit you will need to have drawings done and stamped with a BIN or Building Code Identification Number.
If you hired a contractor for your project, it is customary for the contractor to arrange for or, in contractor lingo, pull the permit. This is a good idea because typically the person who pulls the permit is responsible for construction following code.
Massachusetts homeowners are allowed to obtain their own building permit for renovations and improvements to their homes. Professionals recommend that only homeowners with significant experience and skill renovating homes and up to date knowledge of building codes pull their own permits.
1), building permits are required to construct, re-construct, alter, repair, remove, or demolish a building or structure; or to change the use or occupancy of a building or structure; or to install or alter any equipment for which provision is made or the installation of which is regulated by the Massachusetts State
The state DOES allow homeowners to do their own electrical work (unlike plumbing), but some towns (who can make their own code modifications) do NOT allow it. So you need to check with your town. The state does in fact not only allow homeowners to do their own work, they also don't need to pull permits.
