Still learning my way around. While it is helpful, it is not the most intuitive interface. Not bad, but could be a bit smoother and easier to navigate around.

It's not often I even respond to satisfaction surveys because as a business owner seldom do I find a company that lives up to it's hype. However, I am more than pleased to say that PDF filler provides both an outstanding product and platform as well as stellar customer support. It had some really great features but not as easy to maneuver through as I thought it might be. Was expensive with no other option for a company that does not need it that much.

The only reason my rating isn't a perfect 5 Stars is regarding getting an a document notarized online. Your website says it will be at no cost. But when linked to the vendor notary person, she said the cost is $25. When I contacted your company a couple of times, it was indicated someone would get back to me w/ answer. But that never happened.

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

Great program for file editing
The program is very user friendly and have all the great options for working with multiple files, conversion, merging, signatures, editing.

What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.
