Mostly I am thrilled with this service I didn't know I needed... until this week... and I needed it twice!! The form MC 030 was glitchy when it came to cut and pasting and editing the comments section. My only complaint.

Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.

CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.

How do you create a record type?
Click Setup | Customize | Accounts | Record Types.
Click New to create a new record type.
Choose a master record if you want to duplicate the values of a similar record type, otherwise, this can be left blank.
Give the record type field a name by filling in the Record Type Label field.

A record is a collection of fields, possibly of different data types, typically in fixed number and sequence. ... A record type is a data type that describes such values and variables. Most modern computer languages allow the programmer to define new record types.
How do you create a record?
Click the tab for the kind of record you want to create. For example, click the Accounts tab if you want to create an account record.
