What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must have if you're in the insurance industry
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Excellent easy-to-use online file editor
Super easy and practical tool. Without a doubt the best I could use. It makes my tasks much easier in my work area allowing me to edit documents quickly.
PDF FILLER is a great editor. It allows me to make changes to my documents, files and easily save them on my computer making my work much easier.
One of its disadvantages is that to be able to use this software it is essential to have an internet connection since it is a service that implies having a user and opening a session.

Customer service is not so good
Pdfiler is awesome editing tool and really helps in composing forms/papers. But their customer service seems absent.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
Kudos!!

What is a FIF contract?
Firm fixed price (FFP) contract. A type of fixed price contract where the buyer pays the seller a set amount (as defined by the contract), regardless of the seller's costs. Fixed price incentive fee (FIF) contract.
What does FIF stand for?
The point of total assumption (PTA) is the point above which the seller effectively bears all the costs of a cost overrun on a fixed price 'incentive fee' (FIF or FBI) contract. The seller bears all the cost risk at PTA and beyond, due to a dollar for dollar decrease in its profits for costs in excess of the PTA.
What is FIF?
It provides insight into the mechanics of fixed-price incentive firm target (FIF) contracts, provides a framework to analyze proposed FIF contracts and demonstrates how FIF pricing arrangements can be manipulated to alter the allocation of risk between the government and contractor.
What is a fixed price incentive contract?
A fixed-price incentive contract is a fixed-price contract that provides for adjusting profit and establishing the final contract price by application of a formula based on the relationship of total final negotiated cost to total target cost.
How is CPI incentive fee calculated?
Target Cost = 1,000.
Target Fee = 100.
Benefit/Cost Sharing Ratio for cost overruns = 80% Client / 20% Contractor.
Benefit/Cost Sharing Ratio for cost under runs = 60% Client / 40% Contractor.
What is the purpose of an incentive in a FIF contract Compare this to a Opera contract?
A FIF contract gives the buyer and seller some flexibility in that it allows for deviation from performance, with a financial incentive for achieving certain metrics. Generally the incentives are related to cost, schedule, or the technical performance of the seller.
What are cost type contracts?
A firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor's cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss.
What is contract type?
Contract type is a term used to signify differences in contract structure or form, including compensation arrangements and amount of risk (either to the government or to the contractor). Federal government contracts are commonly divided into two main types, fixed-price and cost-reimbursement.
What is a cost plus fixed fee contract?
A cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is a cost-reimbursement contract that provides for payment to the contractor of a negotiated fee that is fixed at the inception of the contract. The fixed fee does not vary with actual cost, but may be adjusted as a result of changes in the work to be performed under the contract.
What are incentive contracts?
Incentive Contract Law and Legal Definition. Incentive contracts are entered into when there is some uncertainty in the cost of work, particularly when a product is being built to unique specifications. These contracts specify the amount of profit or fee payable under the contract for a contractor's performance.
