I have been using pdf filler for approximately 2 years now - and I can't say enough good things about it. It's very easy to convert documents into a fillable format.

I use Quickbooks and have to send out 1099NT which is not a capability in Quickbooks. 1099 forms must be scannable and I can purchase the printed forms and fill it out on PDFfiller. I can then print on the scannable forms and they are perfectly aligned. Saves time and money. Also, I like the fact that I can create a template so I don't have to re-type the same company information, tax numbers, etc. The product is easy to use.
What do you dislike?
I don't really dislike anything about PDFfiller. Other than maybe the fact that I probably don't use it enough to offset the cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use - I intended to use for a month and then cancel, but I ended up keeping it.

PDFfiller was easy to use and the electronic signature feature was great. When I had a small issue customer service responded quickly and solved the problem right away.

Excellent service
I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.

How does a lease work on a building?
In a gross lease, the rent is all-inclusive. The landlord pays all or most expenses associated with the property, including taxes, insurance, and maintenance out of the rents received from tenants. Utilities and janitorial services are included within one easy, tenant-friendly rent payment.
What does it mean to lease a building?

What is building lease?
What is BUILDING LEASE? A lease of land for a long term of years, usually 99, at a rent called a ground rent, the lessee covenanting to erect certain edifices thereon according to specification, and to maintain the same, etc., during the term.
What does it mean to lease a business?
WHAT IS A BUSINESS LEASE AGREEMENT? Essentially, it is a rental agreement between you and the landlord who owns the property. Typically, Business Lease Agreements involve you leasing a pre-existing business as-is, with all the equipment, real estate space, etc.
How do you lease out a building?
Ask the agent or landlord for the unit lease price $8, $14, etc. which is the price per square foot of the space per year. Multiply those two numbers and then divide the product by 12 to get the monthly base rent. Use this only as a quick tool to compare properties of different size and unit price.
How much does it cost to lease a business building?
Office lease rents are usually advertised as a dollar-per-square-metre figure. This can be advertised per annum or per month, and is typically exclusive of GST. For example, say a 50sqm office is advertised at $65 per square meter per month. The annual cost to rent excluding GST would be: $65 x 50 × 12 = $39,000.
