Easy and intuitive to use - could fill out forms right away with little effort. Signature capture using the laptop camera did not work - the signature ink lines not clear after cleaning up the image. I scanned my signature at 300dpi using a scanner, and saved that image.

While I understand that you want to get subscriptions for a whole year and renew those subscriptions annually, I would prefer to have an invoice at the end of the year, so that I could decide if I wanted to continue using your service or not. I really resent automatice renewals. Hence I went with the month to month as my need for your program may only be for a short time.

The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

GREAT product!
Nothing negative! I draw up a lot of contracts for my job and this website makes it much easier.
This is very easy to use, the interface is very clean.
I wish there was an app to support this product. A lot of times I am on the go and I need to fill out PDFs. It would be nice to have an app.

Do you need a permit for framing?
In some counties here, no permit is required to frame non-load bearing walls like in a basement. But if you want electric or plumbing in those walls a permit is required to add that. Permit requirements vary widely from one county to the next so call them up. If they say one is needed, stop and go get it.
Do I need a permit to frame a wall?
These permits are also known as construction permits. There are many other construction activities that require permits in most localities. For example, if you plan to install insulation or drywall in a large area, add or remove walls, or put in replacement windows, you will probably need a permit.
Do I need a permit for non load bearing walls?
Removing a non load bearing wall does not need a permit. You will need any plumbing, electrical, and HVAC inspections and permits. If you are worried about a simple wall removal just call them. Cosmetic changes do not need a permit.
Do I need a building permit to build a closet?
You probably don't need a building permit for the closet, but if you add closet lighting you'll need an electrical permit. Contact your local building department to be sure. Reduce the door width to fit narrower rooms, or build a closet with one set of doors.
What happens if you get caught without a building permit?
If you carry out work without a building permit then you may have committed an offense under section 16(1) of the Act. A guilty finding for this offense may also have effects on your registration as a builder.
