Build Link Article: edit PDF documents from anywhere

As PDF is the most preferred document format used for business operations, the right PDF editing tool is essential.

The most widely used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and using most document types effortless. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports that are both detailed and easy to read.

Though numerous online solutions provide PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding e-signatures, collaborating with other users etc.

Use pdfFiller to edit documents, annotate and convert to other formats; add your digital signature and fill out, or send out to other users. All you need is a web browser. You don’t need to install any programs. It’s an extensive platform available from any device with an internet connection.

Use one of these methods to upload your document template and start editing:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Upload a document from your cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
03
Browse the Legal library.
04
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
05
Find the form you need from the catalog using the search field.

Once the document is uploaded, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing features such as typing text, annotating, and highlighting. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to the third-party integration cloud. Collaborate with others to fill out the document. Add images to your PDF and edit its appearance. Add fillable fields and send to sign.

It is convenient, ensures legibility and a professional appearance, and is easy to use. I have used it only for basic functions - i.e. filling in blank lines. I still need to explore what else it can do.
