Previously, you could click the Customize button at the bottom of the system tray popup. In Windows 10, you have to right-click on the Taskbar, choose Properties, and then click the Customize button. From here, click Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
Windows 10 Notification Area To configure the notification area, you can either right-click on the taskbar, choose Properties, and click on the Customize button next to Notification area, or you can click on Start, go to Settings, click on System and then click on Notifications & actions.

Hide an icon: Drag the icon in the notification area, and then drop it anywhere outside the taskbar. Show an icon: Click the arrow to show the overflow section, drag the icon that you want to the notification area on the right side of the taskbar.
Go to Settings > System > Notifications & actions and click Turn system icons on or off. Then at the bottom of the list, you can flip Action Center off or back on again.
To adjust the icons displayed in the notification area in Windows 10, right-click an empty part of the taskbar and click on Settings. (Or click on Start / Settings / Personalization / Taskbar.) Then scroll down and click on Notification area / Select which icons appear on the taskbar.
To hide an icon in the notification area If you want to add a hidden icon to the notification area, tap or click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area, and then drag the icon you want back to the notification area. You can drag as many hidden icons as you want.
Open the Settings app and go to Apps & Notifications. Go to Notifications>Notifications. Tap the app you want to enable or disable. The app's Notifications screen will have its own dedicated Allow icon badge switch.
