The form was fairly easy to alter and print. However, I did have a lot of difficulty inserting text into the box below the name of my company. I was not able to make the font different sizes for highlighted text which was even on different lines. I did not make the form the way I would have preferred but I am overall satisfied.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet).
