I did not know about PDFfiller.com but once I found it and realized what great features were offered and how easy it was to navigate and use, I was definitely impressed. I like the fact that it is a Swiss Army knife type tool that can do editing, signatures, electronic contract signing all in one easy to use package! I use it in several of my small businesses. It is much better in my estimation than the Adobe products......

I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the…
I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. She helped me figure out my dilemma. Thank youMathieu
