Build Tag Record: make editing documents online simple

The right PDF editor is vital to enhance your paperwork.

The most widely used document formats can be easily converted into PDF. You can also make just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. It is perfect for basic presentations and easy-to-read reports.

Though numerous online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding electronic signatures, collaborating with others etc.

pdfFiller’s editor includes features for annotating, editing, converting PDF documents into other formats, adding digital signatures, and filling PDF forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editor you can use via a web browser. You don’t have to install any applications. It’s an extensive solution you can use from any device with an internet connection.

Create a document yourself or upload an existing one using the next methods:

01
Upload a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
03
Search for the form you need in the catalog.
04
Upload a document from cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once the document is uploaded, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add and edit visual content. Change a template’s page order. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Ask your recipient to fill out the fields and request an attachment. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud.

Minimal experience. Does take the time out of huge forms to fill out - even for my kids' school. $20 a month is a lot for the convenience. I will likely cancel after my 1 month.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open File Explorer. Click Downloads. Right-click the file you'd like to tag and choose Properties. Switch over to the Details tab. At the bottom of the Description heading, you'll see Tags. Add a descriptive tag or two (you can add as many as you'd like). Press Enter when you're done. Press OK to save the change.
Navigate to the file you want to tag and right-click it. In the menu that appears, select Properties. In the Properties window, select the Details tab. On the Details tab, double-click the Tags line to add one or more tags, separating each one with a semicolon.
Add Tags Manually via the Tags Panel With the Tags panel open, select Add Tags to Document from the Options button, or with the Accessibility panel open in the Tools pane, select the Add Tags to Document command (See Figure 23. Adding Tags to an Untagged PDF File).
In the desktop, click or tap the File Explorer button on the taskbar. Click or tap the file you want to add or modify properties. In the Details pane, click or tap the tag you want to change, and then type the new tag. To add more than one tag, separate each entry with a semicolon.
Adding, editing, and deleting Tags in Excel is slightly different from in Word. Use the Tags button to insert a Tag into an empty cell, just like Word. If a cell already has a Tag, you can double-click on the cell, or select the cell and click on the Edit Tag button to bring up the Tag Editor on that Tag.
