I'm not a computer person and I have trouble figuring out how to do things here at pdffiller. I'm sure the shortcomings are mine and not your program's.

The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

All special events permits require a $25.00 nonrefundable administrative processing fee, and permits require at least 30 days for processing. You may apply online or obtain a paper copy in person at one of our borough permit offices.
A $100 permit fee is charged on a per-park basis for general permits and is non-refundable. Permits for athletic usage are per fielded/season and rates vary according to usage. Incomplete applications will not be accepted or processed and will be returned to the event organizer to complete.

Apply in Person There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee for all Special Events permits. Checks or money orders should be made payable to City of New York Parks and Recreation.
There are some public parks where you can throw a party. However, there are others who will require you to secure a special permit first. Of course, since it is a public park, you don't need to ask for anybody's permission. No, you don't have to do anything else but to send out invitations.

Applicants should begin the application process at least 45 days in advance by contacting the Street Services Investigation and Enforcement Division, One-Stop Special Events Permit Office. Applications received 21 days or less prior to the event will be assessed an additional $312.00 application late fee.
Temporary Special Event Permits. Temporary Special Events (TSE) are a temporary use of building, property, or public way for the express purpose of allowing it to be used on a limited basis. Permits are required for temporary special events within the City that are not more than 5 days.
