Great product. Made tax time for my small business EASY and COST EFFECTIVE. I did my own tax documents and saved HUNDREDS of dollars the first time I used it because I didn't have to pay an attorney to do these simple forms.

Perfect Software for Small Business I use this software for my home inspection business to create required insurance reports and include images. It allows me to upload the required insurance form, edit it and add images for the required mitigation and four-point inspection reports. I love that I am able to save my reports, reuse them by editing as needed and organize them in the straightforward filing system. Excellent value for all of the features offered. Easy to use and manage organization. Love the FAX feature, signature, editing and capacity to upload images. Flash feature for uploading images. Settings have to be set and sometimes reset themselves. I use this feature everytime and sometimes the software freezes.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Arbitration is a viewable right. This means that both parties can waive their right to arbitrate. An employee can waive his right to arbitrate merely by filing suit in court. If the employer does not ask the court to stop the suit and send the case to arbitration, the employer may waive its right to arbitrate too.
You Must Have the Intention to Agree to Arbitration. An Employer Cannot Force You Into An Agreement to Arbitrate By Fraud or Duress. Unconscionable Arbitration Agreements Will Not Be Enforced. Failure to Provide a Valid Jury Waiver.
Voluntary and opt-out arbitration agreements are more common than workers might realize. Therefore, opt-out agreements may actually benefit employers by protecting the enforceability of the agreement while generally binding workers to arbitrate their claims.
You cannot sue your employer, but the agency can investigate, encourage you and your employer to settle, and even sue your employer on your behalf (although these lawsuits are exceedingly rare). It is legal for your employer to rescind a job offer if you refuse to sign an arbitration agreement.
EEOC Abandons Policy Against Mandatory Arbitration for Employment Disputes. The agency issued its policy statement against mandatory, binding arbitration in 1997. Since then, the U.S. Supreme Court has held that such agreements are enforceable under the Federal Arbitration Act.
A. An Arbitrator may issue an Award or Order when any Party has failed to respond, appear, or proceed at a Hearing, or otherwise defend as provided in this Code. B. If a Party does not respond to a Claim, an Arbitrator will timely review the merits of the Claim for purposes of issuing an Award or Order.
Arbitration is a procedure in which a dispute is submitted, by agreement of the parties, to one or more arbitrators who make a binding decision on the dispute. In choosing arbitration, the parties opt for a private dispute resolution procedure instead of going to court.
Arbitration Agreement Law and Legal Definition. Arbitration agreement is a written agreement between the parties to a dispute to designate a particular arbitrator to resolve their disputes arising out of a particular business relationship. An Arbitration agreement is usually legally binding.
Arbitration is a procedure in which a dispute is submitted, by agreement of the parties, to one or more arbitrators who make a binding decision on the dispute. In choosing arbitration, the parties opt for a private dispute resolution procedure instead of going to court.
An arbitration clause is a written provision in a contract which states that all disputes between parties will be settled through the process of arbitration, rather than in the courts. Businesses also prefer arbitration because it allows them to select neutral decision makers who often specialize in that field.
Mandatory Arbitration is a contract clause that prevents a conflict from going to a judicial court. Between employee and employer, this means that any conflict must be solved through arbitration. Many employers include an arbitration clause in their Employment Agreements or as a separate Arbitration Agreement.
In some arbitration-oriented courts, if you refuse a fair offer by the arbitrator and don't “beat it" in court (receive better than the arbitration award), there could be some penalties. So, yes, whether contractual or court-procedural, the arbitration may be mandatory. You can retain an attorney for the arbitration.
Arbitration is becoming more costly as more entrenched and more experienced lawyers take up the cause. Still, resolving a case through arbitration is usually far less costly than proceeding through litigation because the process is quicker and generally less complicated than a court proceeding. Faster than litigation.
Under California law, as well as the law of every other state, an employer can refuse to hire you (or can terminate you) if you refuse to agree to arbitrate all of your employment disputes. However, not a single court in California has held that it is improper to require an individual to sign an arbitration agreement.
