It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. It was easy to use, my one complaint would be exporting one document at a time was time consuming. Wish I could have selected all documents to export one time.

Very convenient the only thing I would like is to have different offers for a fax number. I barely use faxes and I would love to use this service. Can you have another fax payment offer?

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I was impressed! I had tried another route and it was horrible. After hours of working on my document in another program my stress level skyrocketed. Then I am not even sure how I got to this place but I am so happy I did! I will be back for sure. I highly recommend pdfFiller. Great job everyone!

Just a few suggestions
I have used some other comparable products, but pdfFiller offers the online hosting that makes it super convenient for the user to fill out the form without having to download the form first. However, I have a couple of suggestions. I wish the pdfFiller could have the feature to automatically convert the raw entry data (e.g. phone number 1234567890) into the selected format (e.g. (123) 456-7890), instead of asking the user to enter it into the specific format. I also noticed the accident that some fields will be deleted accidentally when saving the edited version in LinkToFill. It happened several times to me when I was editing my file. Not sure if that's an internal bug or an accident from the internet interruption.
