Was a bit cumbersome. When I searched for forms, the system kept giving me instructions on how to search instead of stating that an error was made or what to do to continue.

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

What makes PDF filler so useful
The features I find impactful are how you can convert any file to a PDF, manage various documents and text searching a document. Having these features really makes this software standout, and being easy to use and to manage or search for files by a click.
I didn't feel there was anything missing, as everything that was needed is here in this software. There is nothing lacking in using this software.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. It's been awesome! Not sure why when I click some lines it makes the texts smaller, then I have to make the larger to fit the rest of the doc. But it's an amazing tool!

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).
