Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Cool az, easy to nagigate, edit and save to your device. For the price, way better than Adobe who try to make you pay pay pay, have outrageously pricey monthly payments n bla bla bla. This is way more affordable

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.
