I may a few times a year need to use… I may a few times a year need to use editing or signature for pdf document. I was able to use edit to blackout simply by using quick guide under "Blackout'. Very simple and easy to adjust for use.

If you only administer first aid, you do not have to record the injury or illness. Knowing the difference will help you improve the accuracy of your OSHA logs and reduce over-reporting.
What information should be recorded? Useful information to record includes: The date, time and place of the incident. The name and job of the injured or ill person. Details of the injury/illness and what first aid was given.
Minor injuries requiring first aid only do not need to be recorded.
The First Aid Report Form This includes the date and time of the incident, the location, a description of the injuries or illnesses, and any treatment provided. It's also important to include the names and contact information of anyone involved or who witnessed the incident.
The administration of First Aid must be recorded in the First Aid Log, Accident Book (if there has been an accident), individual child's Daily Record and Medication Administration Record (MAR).
