I like the form I'm using but the program is difficult to make several additional forms of that particular one. I'm doing it by erasing and refilling. Not sure if that is correct but I guess it is working.

Can a Teacher Withdraw a Letter of Recommendation? In the Case of a Crime, Absolutely. In 2017, Ivy Coach covered the case of a rescinded letter of recommendation in which the student committed an antisemitic hate crime against another member of the school community.
You can only unsubmit forms that have not yet been downloaded. Teachers and other recommenders can unsubmit their evaluation forms. Counselors can unsubmit all forms except for the fee waiver form, early decision 1 form, and early decision 2 form.
Letters of recommendation do not automatically attach to multiple applications. If you wish to use the same recommendation for both requests, you can submit the same recommendation again, or you can contact the school directly and ask if they will make a copy for you.
The only letters that cannot be changed or removed are those associated with applications to positions that have been filled or expired or with applications that have been withdrawn by the applicant.
The closing of the letter should briefly summarize previous points and clearly state that you recommend the candidate for the position, graduate program or opportunity they are seeking. The recommendation letter should be written in language that is straightforward and to the point.
