Great for filling out a pdf loan…
Great for filling out a pdf loan application that came to me as a pdf of a photocopy of a document that was appreciably rotated and distorted. Highly recommended.

What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.

Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

Can I delete my prescription history?
No, prescriptions cannot be deleted from your history, but you can hide a prescription from view so it will not appear in your list. Prescriptions are viewable for 18 months from the last fill date. These records must be kept up to 18 months so that we have a history and medical record of your prescriptions.
Can I remove things from my medical record?
It is your legal right to correct errors in your medical records. After obtaining your records from a patient portal, review them carefully and check for errors. Once you identify something you want to change, contact your healthcare provider and request a form for making amendments. Be clear with your request.
Can I remove something from my medical records?
If you think the information in your medical or billing record is incorrect, you can request a change, or amendment, to your record. The health care provider or health plan must respond to your request. If it created the information, it must amend inaccurate or incomplete information.

There is no provision for deleting these but a patient has a right to a copy of such records. The patient can demand amendment but it must be recorded as a later amendment with an explanation of the circumstances.

If a correction is needed on a patient's paper chart, a single line needs to be made through the incorrect portion and then the person making the correction needs to date, time and initial it. The correction is typically made above the incorrect portion.

Sending in Your Request Make a copy of the page(s) where the error(s) occur. If it's a simple correction, then you can strike one line through the incorrect information and handwrite the correction. By doing so, the person in the provider's office will be able to find the problem and make the correction easily.
Can I get something removed from MyChart?
You can submit a request in MyChart to have a health issue added or deleted from your Current Health Issues and Problem List. At your next appointment, your provider will review the request with you and update your record as needed.
