Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! What do you like best?
That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner.
What do you dislike?
That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive.

What do you like best?
OMG! I can’t said enough about it. I have use it so many times, why to overpaid for Adobe acrobat or similar when you can have this? I recommend it to everyone who needs to edit, rearrange and send PDFs.
What do you dislike?
I don’t really dislike anything, maybe I would like the notarize option to let you do multiple signatures/ persons in the same document

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form.
