Product is really good, but customer service is great. I had an issues with printing after spending a couple of hours editing a documents and quickly became frustrated. I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours with a solid solution that worked.

Use icons based on file type.

The greatest part about this site is being able to search for all of the various different forms you need. Turbo Tax wanted $159 just to fill out tax forms only needed once a year. Saving a ton on this site!!

I had some trouble learning to use it and directions aren't consistent. Your Help area tends to be more sales pitch on what can be done in a field with no directions. I'm very grateful for availability of the service though I'll drop it once I have my house sold in a few months

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode, All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

Quick and Easy I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Employees must give notice at least 30 days in advance if their need for FMLA leave is foreseeable (for example, for non-emergency surgery). An employee who does not give 30 days' notice must explain why such notice was not practicable, if the employer requests.
To apply for FMLA, the employee must take an FMLA Medical Certification Form to their health care provider. This form ensures that the employee's or family member's applicable health condition is valid. After receiving the form, the employee must return it within 15 calendar days.
If the deficiencies specified by the employer are not cured in the resubmitted certification, the employer may deny the taking of FMLA leave. A certification that is not returned to the employer is not considered incomplete or insufficient, but constitutes a failure to provide certification.
FMLA leave begins on the first day that you are out of work for an FMLA-related reason. You cannot lose your job for taking FMLA leave, and your employer must continue to contribute to your health insurance while you are not working.
If the employee fails or refuses to provide a proper certification (on your form or otherwise), you can deny the leave. However, a more detailed note or letter from the doctor might suffice, even if it is not on your preferred form. Exactly how much information is needed will depend upon the specific circumstances.
Certified mail should be used if the employee cannot be contacted or otherwise does not wish (or is unable) to use email communication. If the employee agrees to receive FMLA correspondence electronically, the employee should be advised that FMLA information will be mailed shortly.
(There are employee responsibilities while out on FMLA leave.) (You may request leave again in the future.) If your employer requests medical certification, you only have 15 calendar days to provide it in most circumstances.
