With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'm sure the service is extremely useful to the computer literates, but I'm not one of them. Although it's not rocket science, I'm old fashioned and was hoping to talk to someone and walk me through it over the phone. Not a bad experience though...

Fan Bloody Tastic on my CHROMEBOOK, nearly real time and it would be 5 stars. Realtime not yet available in this part of Australia. PERFECT fit for 100% cloud and paperless. Love it, just re thinking it and it is now totally 5 stars. Thanks :)

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

I love PDFfiller, it is very easy to use, and love the fact that I can log in from any computer to use it. It does not reside on my desktop, so it is very convenient.

Surprised I had signed up for a year
It worked as I expected. Only needed it to print once but ended up using it twice. Not sure when I will need it again
Not sure if I can cancel or if it is automatically renewed. May never use again so I hope I will get a message that I can continue or decline.

This has been a very pleasant surprise as I am a avid &somewhat devoted Adobe Acrobat user &didn't think that there existed any other app that could even come anyway close in performance, features &value to what has long been the industry standard for me...They created PDF file format..but PDFfiller has made working with them much more user-friendly &intuitive. Using the two in tandem has been both very eye-Opening ,&productive!!!

Thought I had cancelled my subscription…
Thought I had cancelled my subscription but turns out I didn't and it went out the next month... got in touch with customer support and they cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount taken with no issues.. fast and polite responses as well.. very impressed.
