I was happy to know I could use a blank form to enter my new figures when I had to file an amended form for both the Federal and State Taxes for 2014. Thank you.

Easy Auto-Renew Subscription Refund Like most sites that offer small services with yearly or monthly subscriptions, you most likely run into the "auto renew subscription" headache. While it is frustrating (as this happened to me with PDFfiller), it is always nice to have a little forgiveness. Before I disputed the transaction with my bank I "calmly" contacted PDFfiller support asking if I could be refunded for this un-consented transaction of $72. It only took 5 mins with customer support to give me a full refund. And for that hasty/easy relief they gave me (as well as a refund with no questions asked) I give them 5 stars. Also, not to mention, it is a great PDF filling software.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Q: HIPAA does not address faxing patient information specifically, but, like any form of health information, it is protected under the privacy rule. Health care professionals need to understand that faxed patient information can easily fall into the wrong hands, which would be a violation of privacy.
When a covered entity is permitted by the HIPAA medical privacy rule to make a disclosure of protected health information (PHI), the covered entity can make the communication orally or in writing, by phone, fax, email, or otherwise. A laboratory may fax a patient's medical test results to a physician.
Yes. The Privacy Rule allows covered health care providers to share protected health information for treatment purposes without patient authorization, as long as they use reasonable safeguards when doing so. These treatment communications may occur orally or in writing, by phone, fax, e-mail, or otherwise.
Steps to safer faxing: Always use a cover letter. To prevent numbers from being misfiled, use saved speed-dial numbers for recipients you fax frequently. Check those numbers regularly. For any new recipient, verify the number with a test email before sending PHI.
While traditional faxing often uses unsecured phone lines, electronic faxes are encrypted using a secure and reliable system to protect your data. Electronic faxing is not susceptible to the time-wasting spam and malicious malware that can be common with other internet-based communication methods.
Faxing is a HIPAA-compliant way of sending and receiving sensitive patient information and in legal applications faxes can be a more efficient form of written communication because of the trouble and accuracy issues involved with gathering multiple email addresses. The 'S' in HTTPS stands for 'secure.
You Meet HIPAA Standards. For true HIPAA-compliant Healthcare faxing, you can trust fax Corporate®. With fax Corporate deployed across your organization, your staff can securely fax by email from any Internet connected device including desktops, laptops, tablets or smartphones.
Chatting about patients is an occupational hazard in nursing. While you won't violate HIPAA laws by discussing a patient with another member of their care team, you might if you gossip about or discuss their case with uninvolved coworkers, even if they work in the same area.
