Go in and play with it and learn all the functions, otherwise it seems too expensive for simply filling in the blanks.

Double-click the footer to open that section. Or, click the “Insert” tab, then click the “Footer” icon, then click “Edit Footer” at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

Footer sticks to the bottom of the viewport when content is short. If the content of the page extends past the viewport bottom, the footer then sits below the content as normal.
