I would give it five stars but honestly it is a lot of money per month for me when I rarely use it. That said, when I DO use it, it is a massive time saver. I love the signature features and how well the filler integrates with every form and contract I have used.

No Scanning! I'm just PDF Filling It makes capturing my customer's signature hassle-free as my business is online. No do-overs! Thank you! Because I make it mandatory for them to sign after placing an order. If they decide to change the order, within the specified time, they can sign to that too. What I like least about this software is that when actually filling in the blanks, the words do not align with the original text. This is an area that needs improvement.

I would suggest more of an American standard to have a single middle name and abbreviating that one. In other parts of the world, those with a civil registry for example, your full name is used on diplomas anyhow, as that's your name and your name's what goes on a diploma.)
The diploma name must match the legal first and last name on file with the University (it is also the name that appears in the Student Link). Middle names are not controlled, therefore you can add, remove, abbreviate, expand as necessary.
Student names listed on a diploma must match the official name on file at the University (first name, middle name, last name), with the following exceptions: Option of first name or initial. Option of diminutive or alternative form for the first name (e.g. Elizabeth to Liz).
It is important that you carefully consider the name you want to appear on your diploma. The name on your diploma must be your legal name, but you can choose to make the following modifications: Replace your first name with its initial. Replace your middle name with its initial or choose not to display your middle name.
Do Middle Names Matter? But many other legal sources say a full legal name includes middle name. In general, it's probably best to include your middle name if the form asks for full legal name. However, as long as first and last name match up, then there isn't usually a problem.
Name change on a diploma might be done after changing one's name for another, after naturalization, divorce or marriage. As a result, the name change reflects on the permanent record of a graduate, including the diploma re-issued. Most institutions of higher learning to notarize diplomas without any additional charge.
Most commonly, people write out their first name and surname, and use the initial letter of the middle name, as: Donald J. Trump. Some people, however, go by their middle name rather than first name, in which case the middle name is spelled out and the first name is reduced to an initial, as: D.
Specify Certificate of Recognition or Certificate of Appreciation. List name of person you are recognizing or thanking (be sure name is spelled correctly). List title or position and organization of the person being recognized or thanked. Wording for what reason(s) person is being recognized or thanked.
