Can you reject an invoice?
Yes, invoices can be rejected by the buyer. Invoices are commonly rejected if they are received by the wrong person or entity, if it has already been paid, or if the goods or services are not received.
How do I refuse an invoice?
Indicate the rejected invoice number and the scent date. Explain why you decided to reject the invoice. Give a valid reason. Refer to the list above or provide your own reason. Request for amendments.
What happens if you refuse to pay an invoice?
