I had a difficult time with it and it took a long time just to fill out passport forms for my wife and I. I just could not get the hang for it, but someone smarter than me and maybe younger, I am 72, will do much better with PDF filler.

Editing pdfs without the need to convert them
What i like the most about this software is the fact that when i have to edit a pdf wher i lost my source document i dont have to convert it in order to edit it, i can just simply use pdf filler editing functions and that's it.
Took some getting used to as it, also in some cases is complicated to get the text in the place i selected to put it

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

What do you like best?
Basically, it just works. There is no learning curve, no difficulties, no glitches. It is simple, does what it is supposed to do and more. I can merge sheets, sign docs, fill out forms ... everything that could otherwise be a hassle while working remotely.
What do you dislike?
It may just be my set up, but when I have completed the document on pdf Filler and click "save as," it downloads to my desktop as opposed to allowing me to set the folder of my choice on my hard drive. Not that big of a deal to open the download and 'save as' from there, but just a small annoyance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I often receive documents piecemeal - one page at a time - or I get them back from different signors in different configurations. I love that I can upload them all at once, merge them right off the bat and have the combined document. I can easily rearrange the pages if needed too. Also, during this Pandemic, it has proved invaluable in getting documents easily executed when you cannot meet with signors in person.

What is the penalty for not meeting the meaningful use guidelines?
Failure to successfully attest for 2015 meaningful use results in a 3 percent penalty on Medicare claims in 2017. The hardship exemption allows physicians to avoid this 3 percent penalty.
What is the penalty for not having EMR?
Starting in 2015, if you are an eligible provider and have not attested to meaningful use of your EHR for 2014, you will be hit with a 1 percent penalty on your Medicare reimbursement. The penalties will increase to 2 percent in 2016 and 3 percent in 2017.
Are EMR mandatory?
The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Mandate. A mandate requiring electronic medical records for all practitioners is a part of PACA and is set to take effect in 2014. Some mandates included in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) have been included in and strengthened under the PACA.

For physicians who either have not adopted certified EHR / EMR systems or cannot demonstrate meaningful use by the EMR deadline in 2015, Medicare reimbursements will be reduced by 1%.
