PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

What is a Title 1 program?
Title I, Part A federal funds help to meet the educational needs of students in California schools. Title I, Part A allocation for services to students who reside in eligible institutions for neglected children and youth or who are attending a community day program for such children within the LEA boundaries.
What are Title I program?
The Title I, Part A program provides financial assistance to Leas and schools with high numbers or high percentages of children from low-income families to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.
What are Title 1 programs?
Title 1 is the largest federally funded educational program. A title 1 school is a school receiving federal funds for Title 1 students. The basic principle of Title 1 is that schools with large concentrations of low-income students will receive supplemental funds to assist in meeting student's educational goals.
What are Title I fund used for?
Each school determines by itself how to use Title 1 funds. They can be used to improve curriculum and program, instructional activities, counseling, parental involvement, increase staff, etc. The funding has one goal and that is to assist schools in meeting the educational goals of low-income students.
What is the difference between Title 1 and Title 2?
Title I monies are used for all kinds of purposes, from hiring additional teachers to buying textbooks and computers. Title II is a much smaller chunk of federal funds designed to support states and districts in recruiting, preparing, training and developing teachers and school leaders.
How do you qualify for Title 1?
Low-income students are determined by the number of students enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program. For an entire school to qualify for Title 1 funds, at least 40% of students must enroll in the free and reduced lunch program.
