I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

With some emails back and forth, I was very happy with the outcome of my communication with their team.
I saw another post about the high price tag after the free trial, that is true, maybe both buyers and sellers should look at monthly options for those on fixed incomes.

Pdf filler is better than Adobe
Good for small simple doc editing. Adding signatures etc.
I was able to get my docs edited and printed with my native software and android phone. Adobe is too picky about using their product only, with PDF filler I was able to get everything done non issues.
It was a trial basis for free, I wish they would have told me that from day one to save me the hassle of going back to purchase, but really it didn't matter.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do I get certified for elderly care?

How do I get certified for home health care?
Certification. Home health aides may look to the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAC) to become certified. To earn their credentials, applicants must complete 75 hours of training, demonstrate their skills and pass a written examination.
How long does it take to get certified as a home health aide?
For most caregivers, it takes about 75 hours to become a home health aide. Once you complete the training requirement, you will need to submit an application with the state for testing and certification. Most caregivers become a home health aide in 2 weeks with our interactive Online DSS approved training.
Do home health aides need to be certified?
To become a certified health care aide in Alberta, you must complete a recognized health care aide program through a post-secondary institution licensed to use 2019 provincial curriculum.
