I actually subscribed to PDF filler through our business. After we sold out business the new owners used a different service. However, I really rate this product so I subscribed to it personally to use when needed for signing anything. Really great web application!

I use it everyday for certificates of insurance, the program is very user friendly

I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.

Are care workers entitled to breaks?
Workers over 18 are entitled to 3 types of break rest breaks at work, daily rest and weekly rest. You have the right to a 20-minute rest break during your working day, if you work more than 6 hours a day. This could be a tea or lunch break. The break doesn't have to be paid it depends on your employment contract.
Are employers required to give 15-minute breaks?
Basic rules Employees are entitled to at least 30 minutes of rest (break) during every 5-hour work period. If an employer and an employee agree, the break may be taken in 2 periods of at least 15 minutes. Employees are entitled to at least one day of rest each work week.
What states require rest breaks?
Rest breaks: Only nine states require any rest breaks. California, Colorado, Kentucky, Nevada, Oregon and Washington require 10-minute breaks for every 4 hours of work. Minnesota and Vermont require reasonable bathroom breaks.
Are 15-minute breaks required by law in Minnesota?
Under Minnesota law, an employer must provide “sufficient” unpaid time for a meal break to employees who work at least eight consecutive hours. Because your employer gives you only 15 minutes for lunch, you are entitled to be paid for that time just as if you were working.
Are breaks required by federal law?
Federal law does not currently require employers to provide meal, lunch, or break periods for their employees. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLEA) is very strict in requiring employers to pay non-exempt employees for all hours worked.
When can I take a 10-minute break?
10-Minute Rest Breaks in California. California's employment law requires employers to give non-exempt employees (which means hourly employees) one 10-minute rest break for every four hours of work. This break is paid and must be uninterrupted meaning the boss can't ask the employee to do any work during the break.
Do daycare workers get breaks?
Meal Breaks A child care worker doesn't need to be paid for a “bona fide” meal break, as long the break meets certain requirements under the FLEA. The break needs to be longer than 30 minutes, and the employee can't perform any work-related task during it.
Why do daycare workers make so little?
In part, wages are low because of the characteristics of child care workers (though that is only part of the story, since greater demand for child care might raise wages and attract higher-skilled workers).
