This is a very good program but the monthly fee is high. It would be well worth the cost if you were filling out hundreds of pdfs each month, but for one or two forms, it's hard to justify the expense.

A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).

I had to provide a Care Providers Log Sheet and there is no such thing for In-Home Care Providers. Long story short PDF Filler allows me to change and make one that I could use for MONTHLY.

Does Access cover glasses for adults?
Answer: AHC CCS has a very specific policy regarding eyeglasses for members that are older than 21. Simply put, AHC CCS does not pay for eye glasses for members older than 21 if their only problem is seeing clearly. However, AHC CCS will cover the costs of glasses when sight problems are due to surgery from cataracts.
