What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company

The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.

The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.
It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,

It is difficult to find the exact years…
It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

What is an HHA episode of care?
After a physician prescribes a home health plan of care, the HHA assesses the patient's condition and likely skilled nursing care, therapy, medical social services and home health aide service needs, at the beginning of the episode of care.

The end of an episode was defined as the last day of home health care following the start date that preceded another 60-day gap in the HHA 40-percent Bill Skeleton file.
