SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!

I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro…
I'm not sure why Adobe Acrobat Pro isn't this easy to use. Adobe Acrobat Pro feels like it was created in a silo by people who don't do editing on a daily basis. Also, it doesn't install, on one of the latest Macbooks on the planet. Thank god for PDFEscape and PDFFiller. Thank you god.

Excellent programme
Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

Does full format erase all data?
So, full format does erase all data. Generally speaking, data that is fully formatted (in Windows Vista and later Windows versions) will not be able to be recovered by data recovery software.
What is the difference between a quick format and a full format?
There are two main options in Windows for erasing data: Quick Format and Full Format. A Quick Format is quick. To make the formatting process quick, the drive is not checked for bad sectors. A Full Format runs an additional step that checks the hard drive for any bad sectors.
Which is better quick format or full format?
The scan for bad sectors is the reason why the Full format takes twice as long as the Quick format. If you choose the Quick format option, the format removes address files from the partition, but does not scan the disk for bad sectors. That is the main difference.
Does quick format erase all data?
Does quick format erase all data? Quick format doesn't erase data to make data unrecoverable. It just “deletes” data, and you can recover these data as long as these data are not overwritten.
Is quick format OK?
If you choose the Quick format option, the format removes files from the partition, but does not scan the disk for bad sectors. However, like we mention earlier, if your hard drive is already has a clean slate and has no bad sectors, a Quick format will be suitable.
How long does full format take?
A full format will take several hours. A quick format will take a few seconds. A full format verifies every track on the disk, so it takes about as long as writing 372.2 GB of data to the disk. A quick format just writes the control records.
Does remove hard drive remove all data?
Removing the hard drive should not erase any data if done properly. Data loss can happen if you damage the drive, which is relatively unlikely in the course of removal. You will want to be sure that the drive is protected from static and other sources of damage.
What does removing hard drive do?
The hard drive in your computer stores all of your files and the operating system, which is essential to using the computer. Computers can turn on and display the system BIOS screens without a hard drive, so removing the drive doesn't damage anything -- it just renders the computer useless.
