Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Best value for this type of service hands-down. As a small business, the price-point is phenomenal! Highly recommend PDFfiller!!

I have not found any thing yet that I dislike about PDF filler. I tried to think and I just cannot think of anything that I don't like. It works for my needs.

Time saver is the biggest. It no longer takes me 30 minutes to complete a form handwritten. I just download it to pdf filler and go in and type in the answers. I use it every single day and it saves so much of my time and my time is valuable so it is also saving our company money.

PDFiller is awesome
Being able to edit a PDF online is great, and having to give a whopping 30-day free trial is awesome.
However, I think some things should be incorporated, like been able to move the typed words easily rather than having to cut and paste.

It has a lot of PDF Tools in one on the cheapest plan
Maybe they can unify the first and mid tier plans. They don't add a lot to the mid tier plan to increase the price. It just don't worth it

Pdf filler is a company with a ton of integrity and cares about its clients
Pdf filler is a really great company that has great morals. I signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it auto renewed for 1 year. With Covid impacting my commission based business, spending 120 dollars for pdf software is not something I can afford at this time. The customer service rep Rachel not only refunded my purchase, but did it very quickly and professionally. Obviously I forgot to cancel and this company could of held my feet to the fire as it was my fault that I did not cancel the auto renewal that I agreed to and left my Google pay account for. However they did not do that. I will absolutely 💯 use pdf filler again in the future if the need should arise and would recommend it to anyone that needs to edit a pdf file in the future!

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use

We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed. Easy and Cost effective solution for our small company
