At times, it is difficult to edit the pdf the way you want. There are too many steps to take in order to do what you want with your document. Eventually, I am able to get the pdf the way I want it.

Although I initially had thought this was free, the overall experience is a positive one. The insertion process could be initially a little more self-setting / precise but overall good to use for my purposes

Handy service, wish it was a little cheaper and a little more intuitive. It should be easy to fill in a form over and over but there is no save as, so you end up redoing your work a lot as it saves over it.

Love to just type away and easily fix a mistake. Upon finishing entering the information, print it out for just simple signatures.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Fast loading program works great for someone that has to complete a lot of pdf forms and don't want to have to handwrite the forms and mail them in.

Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
