I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. They get A+ in my book !!!!! Jeff R.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. Convenient, fast and legible.
It is easy to complete the form by flowing the wizard's help. It is legible and neat for reviewer's to read. It is fast and easy to upload and download, and finally signing with an accurate date/time stamp.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

Awesome platform for everything to with PDFs. Would thoroughly recommend if you have document collation to do or any other form of PDF editing. The icing on the cake is the fast, polite and friendly customer service team.
