It was really hard to find certain features like consolodating multiple PDFS into one. I also thought the package I bought came with the signature signing option - and apparently it didn't. 180/year is a lot to NOT have that feature. That's the main reason I chose it over others.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

How do I restrict catalog items in ServiceNow?
Restrict access. Service Catalog enables an administrator to grant or deny access to a service catalog item or category by company, department, group, user, or location. Navigate to Service Catalog > Maintain Items or Service Catalog > Maintain Categories. Open the relevant catalog item or category.
