Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

Do you need a license to play music in a business?
Music is protected by copyright law, which provides exclusive rights to copyright owners to perform or play their songs. There are some exceptions, Strand notes, but in the majority of cases, a license is required to play music in your business.
How can I avoid paying music license?
Play the radio. If your store area is smaller than 2,000 square feet, you can play the radio or television as a source of music and avoid all fees.
Play classical music.
Play copyright-free music.
Play original music.
Sell recorded music.
Cut out a performing rights society.
Is an ASCAP license necessary?
To ensure that all music played in its space is authorized, businesses must obtain licenses from all Pros. Currently, there are three Pros the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), and SEAC. ASCAP and BMI control the rights to most musical pieces.
Do I have to pay BMI music?
Yes. If you're using a background music provider that includes licensing for the music, you still need to pay BMI, ASCAP, and SEAC for live performances, unless your background music provider can also provide licensing for this.
Do I need a music License for my shop?
If you play recorded music in your store, in most instances you need to obtain permission to do so from the copyright holder(s), and will usually need TheMusicLicence. If a business such as shop plays background music, whether it's via CD, download, radio or TV, then a PPL license is usually needed.
How much is a music License for a shop?
Businesses playing background music in their retail stores, including radio, are required to obtain a license under the Copyright Act. License fees range from about $80 annually for music playing on one device in a 150 sum store to over $2000 annually for half a dozen devices set out in a larger 2000 sum store.
Is it a legal requirement to have a PRS License?
The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 states you need to get permission from the copyright holder to 'perform' music in public and a music license grants you this permission. Our licensing is flexible and covers the vast majority of commercial music originating from the UK and all over the world.
What happens if you don't have a music License?
If you do not obtain clearance for your use of copyright music, you could face legal action for copyright infringement and may become liable to pay damages and costs.
