Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

Click Appointment Categories. Click Add Appointment Category. Enter the details about this appointment category. Name: Should describe the appointment category in the most general sense. Description: A more detailed description of whom this appointment is for.
On the navigation bar, click Calendar. Click a calendar appointment, meeting, or event, and then click Categorize. Click a category, or click All Categories to create one. When you assign a color category, that color is used as the item's background color on the calendar grid.
Double-click on “My Calendars” to see the calendars associated with your account. To set up a new one, right-click somewhere in the existing calendar list and choose “New Calendar.” Select a name and location and click “OK.” Right-click on any calendar entry in the list and choose “Color”to change its color.
Open Outlook and click Categorize on the toolbar. In order to manage keyboard shortcuts and names, click All Categories In this dialog, you can adjust your categories to match your needs and types of appointments. The New
Select the email message or messages you want to categorize. Select Categorize from the top toolbar, and then do the following: To apply a category: Search for or select the category you want to use. To remove a category: Clear the check mark next to the category.
To assign a category to multiple messages, select all the emails in the message list. Go to the Home tab, in the Tags group and select Categorize. If the message is open in a separate window, go to the Message tab and select Categorize. Choose the category you want to use.
