What do you like best?
I like the fact that it is easy to use and has all of the forms that I am looking for. I use this product on a monthly basis and find that it is easy to use and that the documents are easy to find.
What do you dislike?
There are times that I can't find a form that I know I have filled out. Also there are times that I am unable to get back to the home screen to find a new form.

Select the email message or messages you want to categorize. Select Categorize from the top toolbar, and then do the following: To apply a category: Search for or select the category you want to use. To remove a category: Clear the check mark next to the category.
Open Outlook. Move to Home tab and click on Categorize. Click on All Categories. Color Categories window would pop on-screen, click on New. Add New Category wizard will appear. Now, click on the Color drop-down, and select a color (Blue). Additionally, you can assign a hotkey to open the category once it's made.
On the Home tab, click Rules in the Move group and then choose To create Rule. Click Advanced Options in the resulting dialog. In the first pane, choose a condition and click Next. In the next pane, click Assign It To The Category.
Categories in Shared Folders Only category names are visible on items when you share folders on Exchange server. Colors are per user. Other users will see your categories in a white color (unless it's already in their color category list). Click the New button.
Select an email message or calendar event and right-click. From the Category menu, select New category. Type a name for your category, and then, if you want, choose a color by clicking the category icon. Press Enter. The category is created and applied to the items you've selected.
